What style will my photos be edited in?
Our editing style typically leans very fine arty, bold and colorful, however we can adjust our style to meet most photographer's preferences.
Please note we do not edit bright and airy or warm and earthy styles.
How does the process work?
Step 1: Send the gallery to me (typically via WeTransfer or DropBox)
Step 2: I will send 1-2 test images back.
Step 3: Once you confirm your tests edits are approved, I will send the invoice for the gallery.
Step 4: Once the invoice is paid, I will begin your images. Please note that the 5 business day return does not begin until the invoice is paid.
Step 5: I will edit your images, upload to an easy to access gallery, and shoot you a message to let you know they are done.

Will my photos look like the ones featured on your website?
Yes and no! While the images featured on our website showcase the quality and style of our work, every photo is unique. The final result depends heavily on the original image, including lighting, focus, image quality, and overall composition.
Think of it like a recipe: the better the ingredients, the better the final product! While we can work a little magic in the editing process, there are limitations to what can be achieved with the original image.
Our goal is always to bring out the absolute best in every photo while maintaining realistic expectations. We can enhance what's already there, but we can't always recreate something that wasn't captured, or fix a photo that was shot subpar.
What file formats do you send photos back in?
We typically return photos in ready to use JPEG format. If there is a different format you'd prefer, please let me know that ahead of time.
How long does it take to get the gallery back?
All portrait galleries (less than 100 images) will be returned within 5 business days. For events or larger galleries, please contact us for a quote.
If there's something I don't like in the edited versions, do you charge to fix it?
Nope! Revisions are free. Everyone has their own "eye", and I am human so it's possible for me to miss things. I'm happy to fix any images you are unhappy with.
What file formats do you accept?
RAW files are heavily encouraged. While we can accept JPEGs, they come with limitations on what editing can achieve.
